Merchandise Coordinator

Job Summary

The Luxury Goods Outlet S.r.l is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing sales floor merchandise in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, open, unpack, and issue sales floor merchandise to ensure a well-stocked and visually appealing store environment.
• Replenish stock levels on a daily basis, working closely with sales staff to ensure excellent customer service.
• Take inventory and examine merchandise to identify items that need to be reordered or replenished.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized stockroom.
• Support the sales team in providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a stock-related or retail environment, preferably in a customer-driven setting.
• Ability to lift, carry, kneel, reach, and bend, as well as work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Fluency in English is required.
