Project Control Manager

KT - Kinetics Technology is seeking a highly skilled Project Control Manager to lead our project control team and coordinate the overall project control activities of any size/complexity. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution
    • Prepare and collaborate on the definition of the overall Project Execution Plan with the Project Director/Manager and involved project key personnel.
  • Project Monitoring and Control
    • Monitor the Project Execution Plan application throughout the entire project life to reach the proposed target.
  • Project Control Procedures
    • Create and maintain project control procedures, guidelines, and project control standards with the cooperation of and coordinating the Project Control Engineers.
  • Project WBS and Scheduling
    • Coordinate the finalization and implementation of the project WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) involving Project Director/Project Manager and involved project key personnel.
  • Project Tools and Software
    • Be fully proficient and autonomous in the use and coordination amongst the Project Control Engineers of all necessary Company Tools such as Primavera P6, Project Objects, SAP, Milemate, Primavera Schedule Risk Analysis, Acumen Fuse, TPMS, etc.
  • Project Handover and Reporting
    • Support the preparation of the Hand-over package with the Project Contract Manager and Proposal Manager.
  • Project Control and Coordination
    • Represent towards the Company, the Client, and internal stakeholders the single point of reference for all Project Control activities.
  • Project Risk Management
    • Ensure the routine control activities for the project aimed to achieve the completion time as per baseline, anticipating any possible adverse trends affecting the targets and suggesting remedial actions.
