About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Manufacturing Process Specialist to join our team at Alstom Gruppe. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in defining and validating the detailed manufacturing process for new products.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and validate the detailed manufacturing process for new products, ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) targets.
- Develop and maintain industrial master data, including routings, work instructions, and tooling specifications.
- Drive continuous improvement actions and industrialize product and process changes during the serial phase.
- Participate in product design reviews and contribute to the development of product manufacturability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of manufacturing processes.
- Perform work station task sequencing, validate product design and industrialization, and calculate precise method time.
- Support production to achieve manufacturing QCD targets and participate in continuous improvement workshops.
Requirements
- Technical education with electrical skills.
- Manufacturing experience, preferably in the railway industry.
- Technical knowledge of manufacturing engineering, writing manufacturing work instructions, and line balancing.
- Experience working with an ERP (such as SAP) for Bill of Materials, Routings, Configuration follow-up.
- Working knowledge in Quality, EHS standards, and Ergonomics.
- Familiar with IS common tools and Process FMEA.
