Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to join our team at Avio Aero, a GE Aerospace Business. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and managing programs related activities and resources.

About the Role:

  • Lead the execution of assigned programs to maximize benefits and opportunities.
  • Define, update, and monitor budget, business plan, etc., program KPIs (e.g., Car4x, OTR inventory).
  • Lead AvioAero Hoshin Kanri for the GE9x program and support cost-out activities on other programs to reach assigned targets.
  • Foster the adoption of the LEAN and problem-solving approach, leveraging FLIGH DECK, to manage processes and activities for assigned programs.
  • Perform regular risk assessments and implement relevant mitigation activities.
  • Set and develop long-lasting relationships with GEA product lines interfaces, improving satisfaction on current programs and identifying opportunities on new initiatives.
  • Lead the Program Control Board preparation and support internal reporting to Senior Leadership.
  • Delegate approval, signature, and archiving of documentation sent to customers (PO acceptance, official letters, etc.), as per DoA list.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Economics from an accredited university or college.
  • Management by risk attitude.
  • Organization, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Sense of urgency in dealing with issues and tasks.
  • Proactive and able to work with an entrepreneurial approach.
  • Oriented to Customer.
  • MS Office knowledge.
  • Fluent written and spoken Italian and English.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
