Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team as an OEM HVAC Sales Development Manager. This role will involve developing and executing strategies to increase sales revenue from existing and new OEM customers. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships, and negotiating deals to achieve business growth objectives.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue from OEM customers
- Buid and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at OEM companies
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with OEM customers
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Proven experience in sales development and account management
- Strong understanding of the HVAC industry and its trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in English and Italian languages
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
$95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience
