Senior Generative AI Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Generative AI Strategist to join our team at AWS EMEA SARL (Italy Branch) - G99. As a key member of our Generative AI Innovation Center, you will play a critical role in driving the adoption of generative AI solutions across various industries and customer segments.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive the adoption of generative AI solutions across various industries and customer segments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to identify and prioritize opportunities for generative AI adoption.
- Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions that leverage generative AI.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, line managers, and technologists, to ensure successful adoption and deployment of generative AI solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI and machine learning, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and growth within the company.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or several years of professional or military experience.
- Several years of experience in consulting, design, and implementation of AI/ML solutions.
- Several years of cloud and on-premise integration experience.
- Several years of external or internal customer-facing, complex, and large-scale project management experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to autonomously manage numerous demands from internal/external stakeholders and customers.
- Ability to collaborate with global/enterprise account sales and delivery teams to drive adoption of AI/ML solutions into top accounts.
- Experience and passion for designing and developing innovative AI/ML solutions that leverage natural language processing, computer vision, statistical learning theory.
- Ability to communicate complex topics to an audience with various functional knowledge, i.e., presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences.
- Ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical problems and develop strategic, baseline, data modeling processes; ability to accurately identify cause-and-effect relationships.
