We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician to strengthen our team in Italy. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and excellent problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the full lifecycle of the equipment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Install, commission, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair steel belts and processing equipment supplied or serviced by Ipco.
  • Promote spare parts, maintenance requirements, upgrades, and service agreements.
  • Coordinate, prepare, and ensure that all tools, parts, and service equipment are maintained and available for service activities at the appropriate level of quality required by Ipco.
  • Prepare all documentation and reports to be signed by the customer.
  • Enter reports into Ipco CRM with actions assigned in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Technical diploma or similar.
  • 1-3 years of industrial or service experience.
  • Experience in TIG welding.
  • Certification is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Good communication skills and service-minded.
  • Driver's License is mandatory.
  • Ability and willingness to travel, mainly within Italy but also abroad.
