**Technical Support Specialist Role in Marposs**
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Marposs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, or electronic technical training and excellent problem-solving skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers in Italy and internationally, including the automotive, refrigeration, food, and pharmaceutical sectors. This will involve identifying and repairing faults, performing preventive and extraordinary maintenance, starting up new systems, providing telephone assistance, and managing internal technical reporting activities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identifying and repairing faults in technical systems
- Performing preventive and extraordinary maintenance on equipment and systems
- Starting up new systems and providing technical support
- Providing telephone assistance and technical guidance to customers
- Managing internal technical reporting activities
**Requirements**
- Mechanical, electrical, or electronic technical training (high school degree or equivalent)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) and good communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office suite and Siemens PLC
- Ability to travel for a minimum of 120 to a maximum of 200 days per year
