Job Title: Academic Planning Specialist

The Academic Planning Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the Student & Academic Services Supervisor in planning and organizing academic activities throughout the year. This includes scheduling lessons, exams, and other academic processes, as well as managing relationships with teachers, program leaders, and other school departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assist in the operational planning of teaching assignments, ensuring the correct scheduling of all courses;
  • To contribute to the development and updating of lesson schedules and extracurricular activities, ensuring timely delivery to teachers and students;
  • To support classroom and laboratory management for classes, educational activities, and events, optimizing the educational program;
  • To plan and coordinate exams and thesis calendars;
  • To design and implement databases for academic activities;

Collaboration and Support:

  • To support the Student & Academic Services Supervisor in managing relationships with academic area representatives (teachers, program leaders) for all educational activities;
  • To collaborate with HQ on technology implementations concerning academic activities and monitor results;
  • To suggest improvements and team projects to enhance academic services;

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in academic planning in schools or universities;
  • Proficiency in Office Suite, particularly Excel;
  • English proficiency;
  • Precise and organized individual;
  • Team player;
  • Hyperplanning knowledge is a plus.
