About the Role:

We're seeking a talented Junior Sommelier to join our team at Four Seasons Milan. As a Junior Sommelier, you'll be responsible for supporting the Zelo Restaurant Sommelier operation with passion and creativity. You'll work closely with the Food and Beverage leadership team to ensure exceptional service and attention to our guests.

Responsibilities:

1. Support the Zelo Restaurant Sommelier operation with passion and creativity.
2. Work closely with the Food and Beverage leadership team to ensure exceptional service and attention to our guests.
3. Assist the Head Sommelier with service preparation, glasses par stock, and engaging with guests.
4. Recommend food and wine pairings to complement our guests' taste preferences and meal experience.
5. Inventory control and being highly visible in the operation.
6. Promote good public relations and take care of special requests with dedication to providing an attentive and distinctive experience for our guests.

Schedule & Hours:

This position is based at the Four Seasons Milan and we will offer a fixed term contract. This job includes flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays. You must possess the legal right to work in Italy and have fluency in English and Italian.
