Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Shift Doctor to join our team in Sicily South-west, responsible for assisting the Medical Director in patient management and ensuring high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Medical Director to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Select and personalize dialysis methods, devices, and treatments based on patient needs.
- Conduct critical reviews of patient reports and healthcare activities to ensure quality and compliance.
- Perform medical assessments for patient admissions and maintain accurate medical records.
- Collaborate with nurses during patient dialysis sessions and handle medical situations as needed.
Requirements
- Medical degree and professional registration.
- Knowledge of the Italian language (English language is a plus).
