The ideal candidate possesses a deep enthusiasm for the hospitality industry. They are service-oriented, driven, and eager to advance their professional journey. They present themselves with professionalism and enjoy engaging with our esteemed Guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all Front Office functions (check-in, check-out, escorting, cashier duties) in alignment with company policies and standards;
  • Provide information and assist with reservations for various activities;
  • Coordinate the efforts of Porters, Drivers, and Security Staff based on Guest requirements and company protocols;
  • Oversee the closing and reopening procedures for the hotel, ensuring all outlets (restaurants, bars, spa, boutiques, etc.) are properly managed;
  • Compile daily reports for administration and other key departments within the hotel;
  • Assist Guests with room service requests in collaboration with bar and restaurant staff, as well as porters and security personnel when available;
  • Respond to emergencies in accordance with established procedures.

Reports directly to the Front Office Manager.

Qualifications:

We seek candidates who possess:

  • Prior experience in a similar role;
  • Fluency in English and Italian; proficiency in a third language is preferred;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities;
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the local area and its offerings;
  • Familiarity with hotel management software, such as Scrigno, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
  • Professional references.
