Job Title: Technical Project Coordinator

Job Description:

As a Technical Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring the progress of contracts and ensuring that deadlines and technical requirements are met. You will identify potential risks, deviations or problems, support various corporate areas during the execution phases of each contract, provide timely and accurate information to clients, manage contract documentation when required, prepare and update project plans, progress reports and other relevant documentation regularly, and ensure proper communication between all interested parties, including clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Contract monitoring and management;
  • Support to various corporate areas;
  • Client communication and relationship building;
  • Document management and preparation;
  • Project planning and coordination;
  • Communication and collaboration with internal teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Technical education or training;
  • Excellent knowledge of English;
  • Prior experience in a similar role or technical position, preferably with an ambition to move into a Contract Coordinator position;
  • Good proficiency in the use of main computer applications.

Working Environment:

The job will be based in Piove di Sacco (PD).
