About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Manager to join our team at A-ROSA Lago di Garda. As a key member of our resort's management team, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of our spa department, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the spa department, including coordinating a team of therapists, cosmetologists, masseurs, pool runners, sports trainers, hairdressers, and spa receptionists.
  • Develop and implement holistic wellness and beauty treatments and services, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Manage the spa team, ensuring that all administration duties, such as time scheduling, cost control, and supplies, are well maintained and effective.
  • Assist in welcoming and orientating customers, spa reservations, and ensuring top-level hospitality and professionalism.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience in a luxury spa.
  • Proven knowledge of holistic and wellness trends.
  • A spa qualification is preferable.
  • Experience and familiarity with all health and safety rules, including legal, fire, and safety practices pertinent to the role.
  • Italian, German, and English confidence are mandatory.
  • High confidence with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Team building, high standing, stress management, high attention to details, problem-solving, punctuality, proactivity, flexibility, customer-centricity, and humility are a must.
  • Legal right to work in Italy.
