Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Motor Control Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing complex algorithms for inverters driving PM and IM motors through Model Based Design approach, SIL/MIL till C code generation using Matlab/Simulink.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing complex algorithms for inverters driving PM and IM motors through Model Based Design approach, SIL/MIL till C code generation using Matlab/Simulink
  • Integration of Motor Control Algorithms with the SW architecture platform
  • Development and maintenance of SW interfaces (communication, Safety, other applications)
  • Verification and Validation of integrated SW (HIL)

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree (PhD is a plus) in Electrics/Electronics/Control System Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of experience on motor control development or control of inverter for automotive/industrial applications
  • Very good knowledge of Matlab/Simulink
  • Strong grasp of embedded systems
  • Very good knowledge of Power Electronics and its application on inverter for motor control
  • Good knowledge of microcontrollers and C language
  • Good knowledge of electric motors (IM and PM motors) operations, construction and applications
