Job Title: Sales Specialist Lenovo PC

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our PC business, developing strong relationships with resellers and vendors, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with resellers and vendors through proactive engagement and product knowledge.
  • Generate new business opportunities by planning and executing outbound calls to customers.
  • Engage in active inside selling by gathering customer information and developing short, medium, and long-term activities.
  • Manage reporting and customer backorder, leveraging your specialist knowledge and skills.
  • Provide, sell, and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers, and promotions.
  • Ensure TD SYNNEX maintains service level agreements with customers.
  • Attain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as customer engagement.
  • Sell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the company value proposition.
  • Develop partner relationships, including account planning and cross-selling.
  • Provide accurate and timely quotations.
  • Generate and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX's CRM system.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Passion for the IT selling ecosystem and a willingness to learn and perform in a selling environment.
  • Understanding of sales processes and excellent telephone manner.
  • Good attention to detail, priority management, and planning skills.
  • Strive to achieve set targets and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Fluent Italian and good English language skills.
  • Prior experience with IT systems for quotation, order entry, and CRM is an asset.
