Job Title: Sales Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at Tn Italy. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and contributing to the success of our retail business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Sales and Merchandising: Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and pricing. Assist customers in selecting the right products, and provide recommendations to drive sales growth.
• Store Operations: Assist in the maintenance of a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment. Ensure that all store displays and fixtures are properly set up and maintained.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide support as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in a retail sales environment, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong product knowledge and sales skills, with the ability to provide recommendations to customers.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
