About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Safety and Contractors Management Lead to join our team at ClickJobs. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, contractors, and the environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective process safety management systems to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and coordinate contractors' activities to ensure they meet our safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor contractors' activities and identify potential safety risks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors to ensure they understand and comply with our safety policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with our engineering and operations teams to identify and mitigate potential safety risks.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure contractors and employees understand our safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or environmental science.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel to site locations as required.
