Our Italian site in Poviglio has two manufacturing facilities producing cranes and container handling equipment, employing over 200 staff members. We seek an experienced Business Controller to join our global team of financial experts specializing in the Cranes Unit. The team consists of seven colleagues located across various international locations: Italy, the Netherlands, Brazil, and Asia. You will report directly to the Global Controller Cranes based in Italy. This exciting opportunity caters to ambitious finance professionals who wish to act as trusted business advisors, providing high-quality insights and supporting decision-making by regional management teams in the Cranes Unit.
Main Responsibilities:- Drive performance by offering transparent financial insights on topics such as financial performance, KPI achievement, cash flow management, and internal control.
- Analyze actual financial performance, prepare forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans for assigned regions or product lines.
- Support regional management teams in achieving sales, profitability, and working capital targets.
- Evaluate business cases and implement ad-hoc projects, including regional and global initiatives.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in financial management or a related field.
- Proficient English language skills.
- A challenging role in a dynamic international environment with numerous projects and opportunities for growth.
- A flat organizational structure and informal work atmosphere.
- An estimated annual salary range of $80,000-$120,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
