A Day in the Life

You will lead shifts at one of our operational sites, working closely with different areas of the business, including finance, safety, and operations integration teams. You will be responsible for mentoring and coaching your team, providing leadership and support to help them become the best managers they can be.

About the Team

Amazon Logistics, or AMZL, handles 'last mile' delivery duties in partnership with third-party distribution businesses. We utilize creative thinking and continuous improvement initiatives to get millions of physical products into the hands of our customers.
