We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team at Reckitt Benckiser LLC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will provide technical and strategic direction for all technological development activities at our production site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the technological level of the factory, existing plants, and new plants are aligned with our business goals.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
  • Supervise and ensure the effective operation of plants, auxiliary services, maintenance, water supply, energy supply, and wastewater treatment.
  • Collaborate with the Energy and Electrical Manager to define a strategy for implementing energy-efficient technologies and increasing the use of renewable sources.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and internal policies for accident prevention and environmental protection.
Requirements
  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 7 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Good knowledge of legislation on health, safety at work, and environmental protection, as well as ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP.
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Italian.
