Job Summary

">

We are currently seeking an HR Specialist for a maternity leave replacement position, joining the HR Administration Office as part of our dynamic team.

">

This role will support the administrative management of employees, serving as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries.

">

Main Responsibilities

">

You will be responsible for the administrative management of employees, including:

">
  • ">
  • Administrative duties related to contractual, social security, and tax obligations, aligned with CCNL and current legislation;">
  • Serving as the legal guidance to HRBPs and employees on labor law and documents;">
  • Coordinating with payroll external providers;">
  • Providing expert advice on labor law and regulations;">
">

Requirements

">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">
  • ">
  • A degree in Economics or Law;">
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or a labor consultant office;">
  • Excellent knowledge of labor law, tax, social security, and contractual regulations;">
  • Strong analytical skills, precision, work organization, and deadline management;">
  • Problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify issues and provide timely solutions;">
  • The ability to work in a team environment;">
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SAP HR, with knowledge of payroll software being a plus;">
  • Fluency in English;">

Estimated Salary

">

$65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

">
