Job Title: Product Specialist Senior/PM

Synergie Italia S.p.a. is seeking a highly skilled Product Specialist Senior/PM to join our team in the diagnostics medical sector. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and the competence of our agents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Curate all specialist activities related to product lines with clients and internal agents.
  • Evaluate and validate selected products from a formal and technical standpoint.
  • Participate in organizing scientific events for clients and opinion leaders, as well as national and international conferences and fairs.
  • Attend regular line meetings organized by the company.
  • Visit clients periodically to assess their satisfaction with product lines, verify the use of provided reagents, and report any dissatisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with product lines by attending training courses organized by supplier companies at their headquarters or elsewhere.
  • Perform demo, instrument installation, and user training for clients related to equipment or reagents.
  • Provide technical support to clients for specialist-related issues through phone, web, or on-site interventions or by transferring issues to suppliers for timely resolution.
  • Conduct on-site or client-site evaluations of equipment or reagents.
  • Develop and manage relationships with clients to ensure optimal functioning of installed equipment and monitor its regular use by client personnel.
  • Develop and manage specialist contacts with suppliers of product lines to ensure coherent and up-to-date technical-specialist information.
  • Monitor client use of reagents and provide support in case of related issues.
  • Periodically check consumption to verify coherence with declared exams by the client, reporting any discrepancies or critical issues found.
  • Evaluate client agent competencies related to product lines through questionnaires and role-playing activities (also during company meetings).
  • Continuously enhance target knowledge of agents, defining and organizing training and updates (in-person or web-based, collective or individual) to achieve sales objectives.
  • Analyze competitor products in product lines to prepare technical-specialist reports for selecting competitive technical parameters to be transferred to agents during periodic updates.
  • Upon company request, prepare technical-specialist reports on client-reported issues.
  • Prepare daily activity schedules and consensual activity reports, inserting them day by day into the company's management system, and elaborate complex commercial offers, supporting the sales office.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in biological sciences and 3-7 years of experience in the role performed in production or distribution companies of diagnostic/medical equipment (seniority of at least 2 years in a responsible position).
  • Good technical/specialist knowledge of the main application sectors of the company.
  • Ability to produce statistical analyses.
  • Office software skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
  • Knowledge of the English language is a preferred requirement.
  • Excellent communication skills and team-building abilities.
  • Strong orientation towards achieving long-term or short-term objectives.
Workplace and Working Hours:

Piano di Sorrento (NA).

Full-time, Monday to Friday.
