Main Role: As a Sales Associate at Hermès Italie S.P.A., you will contribute to the business success of the store by ensuring optimal management of daily sales activities and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customers by providing product information, aftersales care suggestions, and personalized attention to develop sales and foster long-term relationships.
  • Develop and maintain a customer portfolio through proper client discovery and bespoke experiences to enhance loyalty and retention.
  • Collect and update client data in accordance with privacy policy and company procedures.
  • Receive and process incoming products, including returns, and maintain organized stock spaces to optimize flows and facilitate the Sales Team.
  • Effect replenishment of products in every area, ensuring an efficient and organized environment.

Requirements: To be part of our people-centric retail project, you should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer service orientation. You will work collaboratively as a team player, demonstrating flexibility and dynamism in a high-pace environment. Proficiency in Italian and English is essential, as well as experience in a similar role or in-store environment.
