About the Role

As a seasoned Strategic Client Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our key client accounts across multiple markets.

Reporting to the Regional Account Director, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing and implementing effective growth strategies, and ensuring seamless delivery of solutions to meet business targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior key decision makers, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Regional Account Director to build client development plans, achieve growth targets, and manage overall financial performance of the account.
  • Leadership: Manage and develop a team of Account Managers, coaching and mentoring to ensure high-performance delivery.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks to the account, ensuring compliance with company operating procedures and implementing strategies to manage these risks.
  • Contract Management: Review and negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment with business targets and growth strategies.
Requirements
  • Experience: Extensive client service management experience, ideally with time spent working on the client site or sites, and a proven track record of operational management for client services departments.
  • Leadership: Experienced in managing and developing high-performing teams, with a strong track record of performance management and team leadership.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop positive relationships at all levels and present account planning and strategy to senior stakeholders.
