Job Title: Project Coordinator

BCS Automotive Interface Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and implementing projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting customer and company targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Interface with project management, global functions, and manufacturing sites
  • Coordinate project teams, ensuring all tasks are completed on time
  • Resolve project issues in a timely manner
  • Organize customer visits and project launches

Requirements:

  • Engineering University degree
  • Good English knowledge
  • Ability to lead project teams
  • Organizational and delegation skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Communication skills
  • Stress resistance
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Program or Project Manager
  • Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams
  • Automotive industry experience an advantage
