We have created a unique teleoperated robotic platform that offers motion scaling and tremor elimination, enabling surgeons to perform complex procedures with precision and ease.

We are looking for a highly skilled Design and Development Quality Specialist to join our team in Pisa, Italy.

About the Role:

  • Participate in development teams to ensure that new products meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain quality engineering methodologies, systems, and practices that meet QMS standard operative procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the completion and maintenance of product risk management deliverables.
  • Apply systematic problem-solving methodologies to identify, prioritize, communicate, and resolve quality issues.

Requirements:

  • Level qualification from an engineering background (Mechanical or Biomedical).
  • Knowledge of industry practices and working knowledge of Medical Device regulations.
  • Knowledge of structured process for new product development toward certification.
  • Experience with ISO 14971 Risk Management and ISO 13485 Quality Management Systems.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
