The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled IT System Engineer to work on our Managed IT Services team, which operates critical applications related to Financial Asset Management. As an IT System Engineer, you will be responsible for daily operations of IT resources, focusing on health checks, incident, and problem-solving within strong committed SLAs.

You will also ensure high levels of systems and infrastructure availability, monitor performances, and develop related status reports and trend estimations. Additionally, you will support the troubleshoot of application incidents and problems, managing relationships between customer teams and GOSP regarding evolutions and defects solving.

Main Responsibilities
  • Daily operations of IT resources, including health checks, incident, and problem-solving within strong committed SLAs
  • Ensuring high levels of systems and infrastructure availability
  • Monitoring performances and developing related status reports and trend estimations
  • Supporting the troubleshoot of application incidents and problems
  • Managing relationships between customer teams and GOSP regarding evolutions and defects solving
Requirements
  • Master Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent with a developed business approach
  • Focused on generic extended technical skills instead of specialized vertical skills
  • Good programming skills, good knowledge of MS Office, and advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Knowledge of DB query language and Finance concepts
  • Fluency in English and Italian, with a second foreign language as a plus
  • Strong learning agility and ability to work autonomously and proactively
What We Offer
