About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global FP&A Specialist to join our Supply Chain Integrated Planning team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering analysis on Supply Chain costs and tracking performance, acting as the glue between Supply Chain and Business Unit stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Global Supply Chain actual results process and data consolidation in coordination with the full SC FP&A team.
  • Support local FP&A SC in COGS analysis.
  • Accountable for multi-year and coordination of annual/monthly COGS planning.
  • Reconciliation of Data with Group FP&A Consolidation team.
  • Monthly analysis for Actual COGS results and explanation to BU CFOs/FDs.
  • Design and management of dashboards for variances analysis in coordination with Group FP&A teams.
  • Implementation of Analytics for predictive forecast for all the COGS components.
  • Being point of contact for Senior Finance leaders.
  • Providing data to IR.
  • Ad-hoc analysis business requires to support SC Heads of Global functions.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of FP&A experience with focus on Supply Chain preferred.
  • Experience in consumer goods industries preferred.
  • Understanding of COGS and key supply chain performance drivers.
  • Proven experience in working on challenging projects and track-record of delivering excellent results to deadlines.
  • Familiar with working in a matrix organization.
