Join Our Growing M&A Team

We are expanding our M&A Team and are in search of a dedicated, entry-level ESG Consultant to contribute to our ongoing success.

The M&A team is experiencing a robust phase of growth while continuing to serve a diverse portfolio of clients. As a Consultant, you will engage in a variety of compelling projects that encompass ESG management consultancy, advisory services, and due diligence focused on decarbonization.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) matters to assist organizations in identifying reputational risks and opportunities for sustainable advancement.
  • Develop ESG strategies for asset managers and funds, particularly in relation to the Sustainable Financial Disclosure Regulation (SFDR).
  • Prepare ESG reports for asset managers and corporate entities.
  • Assist project managers with research, report writing, proposal development, and other requested tasks.
  • Manage multiple project components, including proposal submissions.

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in ESG within a consulting context is preferred.
  • A master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • Specialization in energy or civil engineering, or experience in the sustainability/carbon sector, is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level) is essential; knowledge of additional languages, particularly French and/or Spanish, is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain adaptability, travel, and work autonomously.
