Fincantieri is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Riva Trigoso, Italy.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support our Service and Procurement teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating logistics activities, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
• Ensure timely delivery of goods, including verification of documentation and compliance with regulations
• Maintain accurate records, including inventory levels, shipping documents, and customs clearance
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve logistics-related issues
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or a related field
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software
• Knowledge of customs regulations and procedures

Working Conditions:

The Logistics Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent deadlines and changing priorities. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

Language Requirements:

Fluency in Italian and English is required. Knowledge of French or Spanish is an asset.
