Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Hitachi Rail RCS Italia. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects within the defined schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex projects in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment, utilizing project management processes, methodologies, techniques, and tools.
  • Effectively manage and coordinate project teams, dealing with various stakeholders.
  • Schedule, plan, and coordinate activities and resources to achieve project goals.
  • Manage customer satisfaction, ensuring quality and timely delivery, while maintaining profitability for the company.
  • Manage contractual terms and conditions of the project.
  • Prepare technical documentation with the Engineering team.
  • Plan and coordinate AFC Systems production/integration, collaborating with the supply chain and Engineering department.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and implementing necessary action plans to maximize profit.
  • Coordinate and participate in system validation and verification, ensuring customer validation and commissioning.
  • Represent the company and project towards the customer.
Requirements:
  • Masters' Degree in Engineering (Electronic, Telecommunication, or Computer Science) or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience.
  • English mandatory; French as a second language is a plus.
  • 3-5 years' experience in an engineering company covering similar roles.
  • Teamworking and relational skills, problem-solving, negotiation, planning, and organization of activities, proactivity, and result orientation.
