Head Waiter

Casa Cipriani Milano is seeking a Head Waiter who embodies the authentic Cipriani welcome, with its simple yet refined elegance. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience in our luxurious restaurant.

• Deliver warm, courteous, and efficient service to all guests.
• Take orders and serve food and beverages in a timely, enthusiastic, and professional manner.
• Lead the team in managing service standards.
• Listen attentively and respond to guests' questions using a positive and clear voice and professional body language.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu and offer personalized recommendations based on guests' preferences.
• Ensure the dining area is clean and well-maintained.
• Anticipate and meet guests' needs before they are requested.
• Clean tables and/or counters after guests have finished dining.
• Adhere to scheduled hours and attendance, as well as uniform procedures.
• Be able to assess guest satisfaction and manage any issues that may arise, informing a Manager/Supervisor of the issue and its resolution.

• At least 3 years of experience in the same role in a luxury setting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and high service standards.
• Preferably experience abroad in the same role.
• Excellent knowledge of the Italian language.
