Are you looking for a challenging role in a dynamic team that supports Westinghouse Electric Company's mission to provide clean energy solutions? We're seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team in Monfalcone, Italy.

As a Project Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating the medium/long-term planning of one or more projects. You'll work closely with the Manufacturing Engineers to collect and control the fabrication sequence, and plan the activities to achieve the project delivery dates. Your goal will be to ensure the smooth and cost-efficient flow of production operations in the most efficient use of time and resources.

Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Coordinating the medium-long term planning of one or multiple projects, including setting and maintaining the Project Master Schedule.
  • Identifying and monitoring the project critical path, and supporting the Component Delivery Manager team to meet project objectives.
  • Controlling and expediting the effective project progress, and identifying/following up on recovery plans when necessary.
  • Preparing project manufacturing schedules, workload, and progress reports, and highlighting variances and proposing or requesting recovery options.
  • Ensuring safety compliance and adhering to company policies and procedures.

What we're looking for:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a technical field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
