Finance Representative

As a Player Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service by greeting all guests in a pleasant and courteous manner. You will assist guests with various money-related transactions, including redeeming tickets, exchanging coins for cash, and processing poker withdrawals.

Key Functions:

• Redeem Video Lottery Terminal tickets, Keno/Sportsbook tickets, and chips into currency for guests.
• Exchange coins for cash and process poker withdrawals.
• Process Global Cash checks, personal checks, and traveler's checks following strict identification guidelines.
• Issue revenue banks for FB, Hotel, Bingo/Keno, and cash wallets to Slot Attendants.
• Complete transactions, online accounting functions, and required paperwork accurately and efficiently.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent guest service by answering all questions and entering guest information into the Players Club database.
• Sell box office tickets through Star Tickets plus system and assist the Host department with VIP Special Events and concert reservations when needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Player Services area, monitor inventory, and request supplies as needed.
• Conduct Marketing promotions in accordance with approved promotional rules.
• Perform responsibilities in compliance with current departmental policies and procedures.

Work Environment:

The Player Services Representative will work in a fast-paced environment with moderate to high noise levels. The position requires the ability to sit, stand, and walk for up to 8 hours, as well as carry, reach, twist, bend, and squat frequently.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months of cash handling experience preferred.
• General understanding of computer programs, including all Windows applications.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
• Comply with pre-employment, random, and reasonable suspicion alcohol and drug testing.
• Receive and maintain a valid gaming license from the CTCLUSI Tribal Gaming Commission.
• Availability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on the needs of the department and for special casino events.
