Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Planning & Controlling department, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, building financial forecast models, and participating in the planning process for multi-year business and strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze monthly balance sheet, capex, cashflow, and items below EBITDA, with a focus on cash
  • Build and own financial forecast models, including scenario and in-depth ad hoc analyses
  • Responsible for the reporting process aimed at analyzing deviations between actual data and forecast/budget data
  • Participate in the planning process for multi-year business/strategic plans, budget, and forecast (mainly for cash flow, capex, below EBITDA, Balance Sheet)
  • Lead the development and implementation of automation and integration projects related to financial planning
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Finance, Forecasting, or Analytics
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial software, ERP systems)
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and Office Package; knowledge of Hyperion system will be considered a plus
  • Proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to create and maintain positive relationships
  • Ability to adjust to varying priorities in a dynamic environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
