Job Title: Industrial Customer Service Operator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Customer Service Operator to join our team at Nippon Gases. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage maintenance activities at industrial client sites, including VISA Bulk and VISA Package systems.
  • Support specialists in installing gas distribution systems and conducting equipment testing.
  • Process material requests and coordinate with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage gas inventory and track equipment movements.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license (B category).
