About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HRBP Retail professional to join our team at Sephora. As an HRBP Retail Specialist, you will play a key role in defining and implementing the People Excellence strategy to achieve business objectives in our retail organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify talent needs, risks, and gaps, and create a plan to address them using talent management tools and resources.
  • Translate business unit strategy into short and mid-term HR initiatives in support of the business strategy for assigned clients.
  • Support Area Managers in defining a people strategy within the area, coherent with the company vision.
  • Define recruitment needs in cooperation with the Area Manager and set the proper strategy.
  • Monitor the "climate" on the network, identifying any potential environment issues and guaranteeing maintenance of consistency and fairness within different areas.
  • Lead communication flows between Area Managers, Stores, and the HR Department.
  • Supervise the respect of existing policies and coordinate with Area Manager any disciplinary actions required.
  • Support the implementation of business unit specific development strategies, driving or coordinating the delivery of existing programs or development of new solutions to close gaps and build bench strength.
  • Embodies the Sephora values and acts as Sephora Ambassador.
  • Promotes, implements, communicates activities, policies, regulations, and standards related to occupational, health, and safety issues.
  • Acts as a change agent.
  • Identifies training and development needs in accordance with the Area Manager.
  • Delivers and deploys the Training strategy of the company, leading and coordinating all Learning and Development initiatives.
Requirements
  • Three or four years of experience in HR or a similar role.
  • Experience in leading and managing different people in different areas.
  • Experience in Assessment center and other recruiting tools.
  • English (mandatory).
