About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Project Director at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the execution of clinical trials from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Study Management: Provide quality oversight to Contract Research Organizations (CROs) and ensure timely delivery of quality study data.
  • Leadership: Lead and coordinate the execution of clinical trials, setting realistic recruitment targets and delivery milestones.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with functional lines and directly with CRO line functions to resolve or triage site-level issues.
  • Decision Making: Drive decision making and provide input to operational strategy.
  • Team Management: May be required to act as 'lead' study manager, coordinating activities of other Study Managers assigned.
Requirements
  • Education: MS/PhD or BS/Nurse with a minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in global clinical trial/study management.
  • Experience: Demonstrated study management/leadership experience within R&D projects, oversight of CROs, and management of Per Subject Costs, vendor & ancillary, and monitoring costs projections & spend.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, keen problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and detail-oriented with technical expertise.
