Job Description

Rosetti Marino spa is seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to join its team. As a key member of the project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring contractual compliance and clarity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager in contract management to ensure document clarity and compliance.
  • Manage and draft official communications to the client to report critical project events/communications.
  • Monitor potential sources of dispute and identify opportunities for variations/claims/extra work.
  • Assist in the preparation and calculation of variations.
  • Monitor the project risk register and review threats/opportunities and planned mitigating actions.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Economics and Commerce, Management, Engineering, or Law.
  • Proficiency in both English and Italian, both written and verbal.
  • Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – medium/advanced.
  • Previous experience as a Contract Administrator is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Project/P6 is preferred.
