Kraft Heinz Company is a global food leader that is committed to innovation and excellence. We are seeking an ambitious HR Intern to join our team in Latina for a 6-month internship.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can support the HR team in both generalist and analytical tasks, with a focus on optimizing HR processes. This will involve assisting in operational and strategic HR activities, contributing to the overall improvement of business performance.

  • Support the HR team in day-to-day activities and strategic projects, focusing on data analysis and process optimization;
  • Assist in creating, maintaining, and analyzing HR KPIs dashboards to inform decision-making;
  • Provide support in HR budgeting and ensure timely management of monthly purchasing orders;
  • Handle daily Time & Attendance (T&A) routine tasks, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting;
  • Take ownership of all activities related to Internal Communication, including Newsletters, Digital Boards, Town Hall organization, email campaigns;
  • Support in organizing periodic events at the site, such as Family Day, Charity events, IWD, Rise Against Hunger, Movember, Special Visitors Site Tours;
  • Lead or contribute to small projects focused on process improvement, e.g., updating JDs, Training Matrix, Employee Handbook;
  • Maintain and update the Training Database regularly;
  • Perform weekly data accuracy checks in HR systems, e.g., Workday, to ensure proper payroll execution;
  • Support HR projects and initiatives related to employee engagement, recruiting, and other HR functions as needed.
About You

We're looking for someone with strong communications skills, ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines, and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Power Point. Knowledge of HR systems like Workday and Time & Attendance management tools is a plus.

  • Ambitious and results-driven individual with a passion for HR and process optimization;
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into simple solutions;
  • Familiarity with Canva for creating visuals is a plus;
  • Language knowledge: proficient in English.
