Cerchiamo un/una stagista motivato/a e appassionato/a di finanza per inserire nel nostro dipartimento di Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). Avrai l'opportunità di lavorare a stretto contatto con il team finanziario, contribuendo alle analisi e reportistica dei dati aziendali. Questa posizione offre un'eccellente opportunità per sviluppare competenze nel campo della gestione finanziaria e supportare decisioni strategiche in un contesto internazionale e dinamico.

Responsabilità:
  • Supportare il team FP&A nella preparazione e analisi di budget, previsioni e report finanziari;
  • Partecipare alla revisione e al controllo dei costi, identificando eventuali scostamenti rispetto al budget;
  • Contribuire alla redazione di report per il management e altri stakeholder aziendali;
  • Analizzare i principali KPI aziendali e fornire insights su performance, trend e opportunità di miglioramento;
  • Supportare l'ottimizzazione dei processi interni e l'implementazione di strumenti di analisi finanziaria;
Requisiti:
  • Laurea in Economia, Finanza, Ingegneria Gestionale o discipline affini (anche laureandi);
  • Ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel;
  • Forte interesse per la pianificazione e analisi finanziaria;
  • Eccellenti capacità analitiche e attenzione ai dettagli;
  • Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali;
  • Capacità di lavorare in team e rispettare scadenze;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • Disponibilità a recarsi in sede- Roma sud-ovest
