- Establish robust systems and processes for tracking marketing expenditures and their corresponding returns with precision and accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives, design appropriate financial tracking mechanisms, and report on financial performance.
- Provide detailed and comprehensive financial reporting on marketing and communication initiatives to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
- Proactively identify opportunities for cost savings and performance optimization within the marketing budget.
- Leverage financial insights to influence and shape marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's broader financial goals.
- Act as the financial gatekeeper for marketing and communication expenditures, ensuring compliance with internal controls and external regulations.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a specialty in Marketing Finance is advantageous.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a finance role with a strong emphasis on marketing and communication budgeting and ROI analysis.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting with a focus on marketing investments.
- Proven track record of successfully managing marketing budgets and providing insightful financial analysis to drive business decisions.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and marketing metrics.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial planning software, and familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to relay complex financial data to non-financial audiences.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
