Facilities Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Facility Lead to join our team at Medtronic.
As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuity, efficiency, and correct functioning of plant utilities and buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the design, planning, construction, and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities.
- Plan, budget, and schedule facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor, materials, and other related costs.
- Develop and implement organizational policies relevant to the facilities department.
- Oversee the coordination of building space allocation and layout, communication services, and facilities expansion.
- Coordinate project planning and construction site management, ensuring compliance with current legislation on safety and the environment and site procedures.
Requirements:
- Masters' degree in engineering disciplines (Civil, Environmental, etc.) or diploma in technical-scientific direction.
- Solid experience in large companies with complex structures in the areas of plant maintenance.
- Good knowledge of the English language and Microsoft Office and CAD 2D package.
