Sales Strategy Development in the Lombardia Region

As a Sales Manager in the Sales Team at Starhotels in Milan, you will be responsible for creating and executing the sales strategy by developing successful long-term relationships with clients mainly based in Lombardia.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and develop the assigned area customers' portfolio.
  2. Exhibit knowledge of the assigned area by identifying, handling, and developing local Business Travel/MICE sales relationships.
  3. Assist in leading all day-to-day sales activities with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.
  4. Support the Event Departments by identifying and securing possible sales opportunities.
  5. Ensure proper after-sales follow-up with customers to obtain feedback on service and product delivery.
  6. Support our properties in all sales activities and projects.
  7. Coordinate with the Head Office sales team and with the other hotels' sales teams.

Requirements

  1. A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality.
  2. An exceptional ability to inspire people with our concept.
  3. Proven work experience in the role (at least 3 years).
  4. Strong knowledge of the assigned area.
  5. A proactive mind-set and positive thinking.
  6. Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  7. Versatility in handling various work scenarios.

Language Requirements

  1. Italian – fluently
  2. English – fluently
  3. Additional languages are a plus.
