About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Production Lead, where you will play a key role in driving the success of our production department. As a leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to optimize production processes, improving efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, operations management, or engineering.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving efficiency, and reducing costs.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
