Job Title: Lead Esthetician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Esthetician to join our team at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa. As a key member of our Esthetics Department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, managing staff, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise the Esthetics Department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and high-quality services.
  • Train and develop Esthetician staff, focusing on product knowledge, technical skills, and customer service excellence.
  • Monitor and maintain professional and retail product inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Provide top-notch services to members and guests, consistently meeting or exceeding expectations.
  • Collaborate with Spa Management to achieve Esthetics and Retail Sales goals, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Participate in ongoing training programs, conferences, and workshops to enhance professional growth and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Requirements:
  • Strong retail and sales upgrade record, with a proven ability to drive business growth.
  • Experienced Esthetician with a background in performing facials, microdermabrasion, waxing, and other skin care services.
  • Must carry liability insurance and maintain a valid Esthetician license.
  • Knowledge of spa services and product lines, with a focus on Esthetician-specific offerings.
