La nostra azienda Thermofisher è alla ricerca di un Team Leader, QA per il suo team di qualità. Il candidato ideale sarà responsabile della gestione di un team di specialisti di qualità e avrà il compito di garantire la conformità alle normative vigenti e alle procedure aziendali.

Compiti Principali
  • Preparare al rilascio dei lotti commerciali e giudicare la conformità;
  • Programmare le attività del gruppo e definire le priorità per garantire che le tempistiche di rilascio vengano rispettate;
  • Coordinare e supportare un team di QOPS Specialist nella gestione delle indagini su problemi e deviazioni di rilevanza GMP;
  • Valutare la gravità delle deviazioni e collaborare con i QOPS Specialist nella definizione di azioni correttive e preventive;
  • Assicurare una corretta archiviazione e gestione della documentazione relativa ai batch record e alle deviazioni;
  • Supportare i QOPS Specialist nella gestione dei reclami cliente;
  • Monitorare e consuntiva l'andamento dei KPI operativi di qualità;
Requisiti e Qualifiche
  • Laurea in CTF, Farmacia, Chimica, Biologia o analoghe lauree a indirizzo scientifico;
  • Conoscenze tecniche e informatiche sulla produzione e controllo della produzione di prodotti farmaceutici;
  • Esperienza di almeno 3 anni in produzione farmaceutica e/o in QA;
  • Capacità di lavorare in team e di organizzare le attività;
  • Autorevolezza e ottime doti relazionali;
  • Conoscenza dell'inglese;
