Customer Experience Manager

Artemest S.r.l. is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead the development of customer engagement strategies and initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent analytical skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
This role involves working closely with the marketing team to design and execute targeted campaigns that nurture relationships with customers and improve their overall experience.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing the customer database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity while continuously enhancing contact information.
A key aspect of this role is analyzing customer data to segment the customer base and create personalized engagements, leading to better customer experiences.
Beyond these responsibilities, the Customer Experience Manager will collaborate with sales, marketing, product, engineering, and operations teams to constantly improve customer satisfaction.
