In Herzum Software S.R.L. Unipersonale, siamo in fase di espansione e stiamo cercando un/una Talent Acquisition Intern per supportare il nostro team di selezione. La figura ideale è caratterizzata da un atteggiamento proattivo, una mentalità aperta e una forte motivazione al raggiungimento degli obiettivi.

Responsabilità Principali:
  • Gestione degli Annunci: Creazione, pubblicazione e monitoraggio delle offerte di lavoro su vari canali di reclutamento.
  • Screening dei Candidati: Valutazione dei curricula e conduzione di colloqui preliminari tramite telefonate e videochiamate.
Modalità di Lavoro:

Il lavoro si svolgerà in modalità full remote, permettendo una flessibilità totale nella gestione del tempo.

Competenze Richieste:
  • Formazione: Laurea in discipline umanistiche, economiche o affini.
  • Lingua: Conoscenza della lingua inglese a livello B2.
  • Competenze Informatiche: Familiarità con il pacchetto Office.
Soft Skills:
  • Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative.
  • Capacità di ascolto attivo e orientamento al problem solving.
  • Senso di responsabilità, precisione e buone doti organizzative.
Valore Aggiunto:

È considerata un plus la predisposizione a svolgere attività di Account Manager Junior.
